3 Ghostly images and Simple banner

This lesson we have been asked to create 3 ghostly images using Photoshop and from pictures that we have to off the internet and put them together to create an image by using the images.

This is the first image that i have created and these are the images that i have chose to use:

The first thing i had to do was to cut out the person in the second image so it was just the person without the background so i used the pen tool to draw around him to cut him out of that image and then i had to put it onto the background image of the forest. Next i had to make the person the right size by using Ctrl/ Alt and T so it would select the image and let me drag it in and out so i could make it bigger and smaller. I also used Opacity tool to make the image look more like a ghost and them i made the person and the background black and white by using Images- Adjustments- Hue/ Saturation and then i the Saturation bar and dragged it all the way down.

The second image i did was created by there images:

In there images i had to cut out the image of the wolf and then i put it onto the background image and then i had to change the size by using Ctrl/ Alt and T. Next i had to change the colour of the pictures by using Images- Adjustments- Hue/ Saturation and then i the Saturation bar and dragged it all the way down to make the pictures both black and white and then i made a new layer and used the brush tool and made it red so i drew over the eyes on the wolf so they went red on the picture and then i used Opacity so you can only just see it so it looks more like a ghost:

For my third and final picture i used these two pictures:

In these pictures i did pretty much the same as the other two but instead i didn't have to make the images black and white because they were already the colours i wanted to use:

Simple banner:

This is the first banner that i created, i started off by making a rectangle with the rectangle shape tool and then i used the pen anchor tool to select in the middle of the rectangle on each end and then i held Shift down and dragged it in a bit so it has the curved edges on it. Then i had to create a square by using the same tool apart from i held down the Shirt button and dragged so it created the square and then i selected the direct selection tool to select one of the sides then i had to drag i in so it had the line through the middle and then deleted one side of it so it looked like a triangle. Then i double clicked on the layer that it was on and then i went to Gradient overlay option and then i set the angle to -90 degrees and the scale 150, after i had to Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontal so it went to the other side without having to do it all over again. At this point it was time to add the text into the banner by using the Horizontal type tool and then i wrote 'Simple' into it and then i had to add the image that i wanted and then i also put a border around it.
Another banner that i created after learning how to do it:
